Delivery and Returns
Items are shipped within 2 working days from date of order unless they are customised orders. Any orders requiring customisation may take up to 7 working days for us to create before shipping. Its normally quicker than this but during busy periods, especially in the run-up to Christmas, it may take this long to create it for you. If you need any item for a specific date then please drop us a message and we will do our best to get it to you within your timescales. Working days are Mon-Fri and exclude weekends, bank holidays, all dates between Christmas and New Year and any holidays specifically notified.
All items under 2kg are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd class, larger orders will be sent via courier. Please note that we cannot control the delivery timescale once it has left our hands but most items are delivered within 48 hours from shipping. If you require signed for delivery then please select this from the delivery options menu at checkout.
We accept returns providing the item has not been worn / used, all tags are intact and the item is returned in its original packaging and the item is not personalised or customised. You must include your packing note, order summary or your order number so that we can track your order. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend a signed for service, as we cannot refund goods if they are lost in transit. You are responsible for the item until it is received by us. Returns must be made within 45 days of your order placement. Goods that are made to order or customised in any way are not refundable unless faulty. We do not exchange items – the original item will be refunded and the new item should be ordered from the website as required.
If your item is faulty and needs to be returned, we will refund your return postage to the value of second class recorded royal mail. You must include your packing note, order summary or your order number so that we can track your order. You should also include a short note with a summary of the fault so that we can rectify. We will repair or replace at our discretion – eg if some stitches have come loose or crystals have come off (in the first 3 months) then it’s likely that your item will be repaired. For more serious faults, the item will be replaced.
Products decorated or personalised with rhinestones, rhinestuds, vinyl or foil should remain well affixed if all care instructions are carefully followed and garments are not tumble dried. Occasionally the odd stone may become detached and we are happy to help either repair or send replacement gems to correct this. If in the rare instance more than a few gems become unattached, we would ask you please to contact us and return the garment to the address below so that we can rectify this for you. In such a situation we would refund any postage costs you might incur. This guarantee applies for 3 months following purchase providing all care instructions are followed. After 3 months, any loss of stones or other materials detachment will be considered normal wear and tear.
